We work on the fully prepayment model. Only after we receive your payment we send the article for publication on the website.
In case your article isn’t published or isn’t accepted, we will refund you.
The price announced via email is the price we lastly got from the webmaster. Please note that the price as well as content requirements are a subject for change (on the end of webmasters). We share information on the latest update with you as soon as we have it.
We do not provide any discounts as the price is built by the webmaster/owner of the site. If a webmaster leaves a room for discount for guest posts (usually it is related to bulk orders within the same month on the same website, placing 3-5+ articles), we mention it for your consideration.
The payment should be done before the due date mentioned in the invoice.
If the payment is not effectuated within the deadline, we remind you about this, likewise if there are any problems on your end, feel free to inform us about it, we are open for communication and we will try to find the right solution for both sides.
If the payment is not made after the due date, there is no notification from your end about the delay, or you do not reply to our emails, we do not proceed with your publication(s) / your article will be either deleted without any further notice, or the links will be removed / changed.
We work with PayPal (+6% commission for the total amount of the invoice), Bank Transfer (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH), Payoneer, Wise, Upwork, and Cards. Kindly note that if your company is from Estonia or you are an individual from the EU/company from the EU without VAT number there is an additional tax of 22% to be included.
We require the following details for invoices:
– Name of the company
– Address
– Email / PayPal related email
– Company’s website(for Payoneer)
– VAT number of your company(if applicable)
All payments require a proof of transaction (screenshot / link, e.g.)
We are not responsible for the website’s stats. Drop in the statistics is not considered as a reason for deletion of the article. The choice of the website for publication is fully your responsibility, we are providing you with different options available, and are open to check additional information on the website, a publication there or you may need. The final check and choice is made by you.
Any changes in publications are possible only within 24 h after the live link is shared, deletion or changes in the publication after 1 day are not possible or require an additional fee (required by webmasters to compensate for costs and losses in their work and website’s statistics related to the deletion of the article).
Once the article has been confirmed by you and prepaid by us to the webmaster, it is not possible to cancel the publication.
Let me also emphasize that we do not guarantee any TAT, as it depends on webmaster and internal website procedures of the website (stages of approval and review of your article, webmaster’s busyness and number of requests, etc.). We are putting our efforts to make it happen as quickly as possible by pinging webmasters from different email addresses regarding your order, so it is not missed.
It may happen that webmasters do not reply and publish articles (out of the office, our emails got into spam and were missed, a webmaster doesn’t work for this website anymore). We are checking other contacts on the website chosen or looking for new ones. If it is still not possible to proceed with a publication of your article, we refund your prepayment.
We guarantee the presence of your article published on the website for at least 6 months, if something else wasn’t discussed beforehand (a post for a week / 1 month / 1 year, etc.).
If the publication was deleted before the deadline (cl.18)
Contact us with a link to the article you are interested in. It could have been deleted by the webmaster by mistake / there could be a problem with the site / the link has changed. We will clarify the issue with the webmaster.
If the article cannot be restored, we will refund the money for it.
We write texts according to your requirements + according to the site’s requirements. If you do not approve our draft, we rewrite the article / make changes based on your comments. After agreeing and approving the text with you, we send it for publication on the website chosen. If it is not accepted, you can pay for the article written and publish it on other sites (if required, applying small corrections to align with a new website requirements). If you do not want to continue with this text after the webmaster refuses to publish it, we will delete it and you will not have to pay for it.
As soon as the article is published, it is not possible to retract it from the website. As it has been approved earlier by you and sent for publication only afterwards, then it must be paid respectively.
Languages available: EN, IT, ES, DE, FR, PL, PT, NL, HU, RO, other by request.
The price depends on the language chosen and the number of words in the article. For your reference, an article of 1000 words in English costs $30.
Indexing a page in Google does not depend on us or even on the webmaster. There is a third party – Google, which decides whether the page will be indexed. It is generally accepted that a good page will be indexed in any case. We do our best to index your article (submit in the Google Search Console, expensive indexation software), but we cannot guarantee it. Please note that the standard method of checking the index in Google via site: is not always accurate.
